Terms & Conditions
  1. I hereby order the goods as described by Chris Strange Kitchens.
  2. I understand that any delivery dates are given as an estimate in good faith by Chris Strange Kitchens based on the available information at the time.
  3. I accept that Chris Strange Kitchens reserve the right to make any such alterations or modifications to the plans as may prove necessary during installation by the nominated fitters.
  4. I understand that Chris Strange Kitchens accept no liability resulting from any damage caused or problems arising out of the installation of the goods supplied where the fitters were not nominated by Chris Strange Kitchens.
  5. I understand that any gas or electrical work must be carried out by a competent person and paid for by myself in addition to the supply of the kitchen goods.
  6. I understand that Chris Strange kitchens accept no liability resulting from the length of time installation of the goods may take.

  7. I understand that a 10% Deposit is required upon order of the kitchen goods.

    Commencement Payment –

    Supply Only Goods – Payment in full of this invoice on or before the day the goods are delivered.

    Fitted Goods – Payment in full of this invoice on or before the day the goods are delivered. Any fitting charges will be invoiced separately by your nominated fitters and will be payable separately according to the terms and conditions of their invoice.

  8. In the event that I am unable to accept delivery in the timescale agreed at the point of order,I agree to pay 50% of the balance of the goods as soon as I am informed of their availability.
  9. I understand that goods remain the property of Chris Strange kitchens until paid in full.
  10. I understand and agree that this order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  11. I understand that if any of the above conditions are deemed unenforceable only that condition will be deemed to be unenforceable the remainder of the conditions will still apply.
